Laura has dedicated more than twenty years to the field of Yoga and Wellness, serving as an educator, mentor and speaker.
She shares the comprehensive wisdom of yoga, meditation and breath work through global workshops, trainings and retreats.
Passionate about uniting communities, Laura helps to foster connections that transcend life stages and empower each individual to connect with themselves and others in a loving and compassionate way.
